The Rotary Tube Furnace is specially designed to achieve excellent material uniformity during the sintering of inorganic compounds. It is particularly suitable for preparing conductive-coated anode materials for lithium-ion batteries. The furnace can also be used for uniform drying, calcination, heat treatment, and other thermal processing applications involving powders and granular materials.
The furnace body can be tilted up to 30°, while the furnace tube provides continuous 360° rotation. This rotating and tilting design promotes even material mixing, uniform heating, and consistent processing results. A dual-zone heating configuration is also available upon request, providing improved temperature uniformity and greater flexibility for different sintering and calcination processes.

Product Applications
The Rotary Tube Furnace is a thermal processing system in which the furnace tube rotates around its longitudinal axis during heating. The continuous rotation promotes uniform heating, mixing, and material movement throughout the thermal treatment process.
It is particularly suitable for powders, granules, and small solid particles, and can be used for continuous heat treatment, drying, calcination, chemical reactions, sintering, and other high-temperature processing applications. The rotating tube design helps reduce material agglomeration and temperature differences, resulting in more consistent processing and improved product uniformity.
